So I ordered a new flex plate for my '95 DI. Turns out that although most sites list the same part number for 94-99 DI's the 94/95's actually use a different flex plate. It also seems that it's not readily available in the US and it's 10x as much as the one for the '96-99 DI.

Has anybody found an alternative or a way to use the newer style? I have a few used ones that look ok but would rather replace it if I can find an reasonably priced one.

Any us sold Range Rover classic flex plate should be the same. You can also use the 96 and up flexplate if you match the torque converter and the flexplate spacers
