I'm sick of wavering on what to do with this truck. For five years, it's been "do I fix it?" "do I part it?" "do I sell it whole..." all in a cycle. I've tried, and pretty much failed, at parting it myself. Basic truth is, it's a 94 D1, it's been in the family for 16 years, and it's pretty much completely replaceable for any purposes I've thought of. There's sentimental attachment, sure, but thinking about it I never even drove the truck. I have much more reason to be attached to my 93 RRC.
So...I'm just going to sell it complete for parts. 94 D1, Coniston Green/tan leather interior, 178k or so on the clock, very very well maintained with one owner. Been sitting since 2005-6. Physical damage: caved-in roof, cracked windscreen, buckled B-pillar, blown out passenger door windows, some probable warping to passenger side doors.
New stuff at end of useful life: brand-new oil cooler (about 5k on it at most), rebuilt power steering pump (10k at most).
Otherwise...in really good shape. Well-cared-for, Mobil 1 its whole life at regular intervals. Basically, a well-loved truck that got hit by a tree by dumb luck, which resulted in me getting a 93 RRC that's probably a better car for me anyway.
