Is yours not working? I ask because they are fairly simple to repair with a soldering iron and a magnifying glass. mostly, some of the joints on the pcb crack / loosen over time.

I may have a spare but will need to look later tonight.

Thanks, It seems I remember doing that fix years ago and it lasted very short term. I inspected it recently, and the board did not seem to have any dark area's to indicate a failed joint. I'm also thinking it could possibly be in the harness leading up to the ECU. Sometimes if I disconnect and re-connect the harness the windows will work briefly.

I fixed six of these, and all seemed to last (none of them broke again). However, I re-touched not just one clearly-cold joint, but all relay joints. The relays are the heaviest components on these boards, and vibration mostly affects their solder joints.
