95 DI Steering

Hi,

I am looking for advice. I had springs replaced last year to HD.
Wife compalins that at times she has no control on the steering, i think there is play in the steering. Is it the drop arm bushing? Can this be serviced by changing the bushing?
There are kits???

Disconnect the linkage at bottem on the steering box with your tires pointed straight, and check for play. If there is then tighten the allen key screw on top of the steering box until the play is gone. You will have to loosten a lock nut first and don't over tighten it because it can cause premature wear. If not the problem, check the pan hard bushings and check the alingment.
