95 disco front axle fluid level

Can anyone tell me what the fluid capacity is on the hub end for the right (pass) side front axle? I am at work now and cant find a spec sheet anywhere on the web...

I recently had my axle break and subsequently repaired at the local Ford dealer, ( I live far from any dealer or LR shop) it just broke again, and it looks like they did not put in enough fluid and/or replace the leaking seal that caused it, and are busy trying to absolve themselves of any blame so I am trying to get all my "ducks in a row" before I go higher up the ladder at the dealer.

Sorry but I am not sure on the capacity. Since it is a 95, you will probably have a fill and drain hole in each swivel housing, so my best guess would be 1/2qrt to 1 qrt of 90 wt.
Can you tell us more regarding the first break, such as what exactly broke? The axle, the CV, both and possibly their explanation as to why it broke?
Also, why do you beleive it is the same issue again? Is the sound the same? Do you need to lock the CDL to move?
I guess regardless of your answers, if they fixed it the first time, and now it has managed to break again, assumming it is the same issue, they should belly-up.
If not, hey, got a local news channel that has a consumer-advocate on staff and leverage that angle if possible.
