95 Disco Indicators act like hazards

Looking for ideas on where else to look. I've replaced all bulbs, swapped the switch, hazard switch, unhooked the battery overnight, and checked all grounds. Still flashing at all four corners. I am having issues with the alarm module and looking for a replacement, so perhaps that might have something to do with it, but I dunno until I can swap it out.

start at this post and you may not need a module.

Removing the board is easy enough...

I've inspected the board and found a few suspect spots from moisture damage. I'd really like to swap it for one that looks healthier. This video is interesting though. Appreciate it!

I reset the inertia switch already. The truck starts and drives fine. I did unplug the alarm module and all lights worked fine, but this was before dealing with this fault.
