95 Rotoflex replacement

Replacing the roto flex in my 95 D1 how would one go about removing the center bearings or what ever it’s called.

You can fill it with paper and grease and hit with a cilynder from centering pin diameter. This method is used to extract crankshaft bearing. Or You can cut rubber and cut outer ring in order to break it .
