Is it possible to get them out without taking out the radiator and condenser? It doesn't look possible to me but I figured I'd ask before I did it the hard way.

I figured it out. You can get them out without removing either the condenser or radiator. You just have to remove all the hood latch parts. Then you can squeeze in an 8mm wrench and turn the bolt about 15 degrees at a time. It's a complete pain in the ass, but it's worth not having to mess with the condenser.
