95RRC heat sensors and electric fans

does anyone knows which of the sensors controls the on/off of the electric fans?
both were replaced and they turn on when ac is on but not when the car is hot like it used to.

I found a post by PM saying that the large sensor at the termostat is the one that controls the electric fans, now which one controls the temperature gage in the cluster? mine works...

Pm is correct.

The gauge one is screwed into the intake manifold. It has a single wire going to it.

I also found a 3rd sensor involved in temperature.... wtf!

For the ECU. It has a plug similar to the fuel injectors. Its also mounted to the intake.
