I had my new remote reprogrammed at the dealer. Cost me about $80.

From what I can tell (from the internet... so take it with a grain of salt) the dealer is the best bet for programming... though hopefully a more knowledgeable person can chime in if there is another option

Any shop with a test book or similar programming capabilities. Had mine done at Eurover for $50 (2 remotes). Works great except the drivers door. Gotta dig into that issue.
