Just replaced transfer case, windshield and all 4 seals, front pads/rotors/hub seals/drive gaskets/bearing pack, right rear window regulator. Runs, drives, roof paint faded, no sun roofs so no floor or wheel arch rust, no warning lights.
Stuff it could use:
headliner, a/c master switch needs to be wiggled, cat y-pipe, a few of the seat belts have broken plastic covers.
I've bought it for my son, ended up giving him my wife's old Subie and reallly don't need 4 Rovers in the family.
$2700 I'd break even. Make an offer.
