A few weeks back, I posted the problem with a fluid leak on the top of the steering box on my 1999 DII. I replaced the steering box and seals, and the leak remained. I have taken it to a shop who has attempted replacing the hoses as well as the o-ring seals. In fact, they have even had custom seal made in an effort to stop the leak. The foaming still continues from the forward hose where it connects to the steering box. Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

was the steering box a LR rebuilt? they are having horrible QC with the steering boxes and PAS Pumps rebuilt from land rover. I think that they are just de-greasing and repainting them.
is the screen filter in the bottom of the reservoir clean?
