99 Disco II Fob Programming

Does anyone have instructions on programming a new fob or reprogramming a used fob for a 99 Disco II? I'm trying to avoid the LR dealership. Thanks.

DII is Testbook/t4/Autologic only. Gotta hit up a dealer or someone with the right eqipment. Also, I've heard that you cannot program a used key (or ebay) one without the barcode for that key (not just the FCC ID) but you might want to search to confirm.
