ABS Exstensions

I was looking at a website that was selling a kit to extend the ABS lines. Currently i am not in the market but was wondering at what point one would need to get them. Basically i was just curious about them. Thanks

If you put a lift on, you need new extended brake lines. Same goes for the ABS. I think you can re-route them from under the spring mount to get more length though.

re-routing works fine up to about a 11" front shock droop more than that and it might get tight.

Hey Marc, how about the rear. Mine look easily long enough to handle the OME with rear drop cones and lowered mounts. When do I need to extend rear ABS if at all?

i've never had any issues with the rear ....even with 12" fox shocks and cones.
i'm retained @ 11" and at full flex there is tons-o-slack

brake lines are another issue all together though...
