ABS Light?

As I was driving down the road, a vehicle turned in front of her. I hit the brakes hard and the ABS light has been on ever since. I pull the sensors and cleaned them. The light went off until I pulled up to a stop sign and stopped. Then on my next stop the brakes pulsated and the light is on. The passenger side sensor appeared to have a small dent on the end. Could the gear have hit the sensor and damaged it? Sorry for the lengthy issue.

It is possible. Try pushing in on the sensor lines at each wheel. Sometimes they loose the connection.

Same issue on my '97. Until I diagnose the problem, is there a fuse that can be disconnected to not show the ABS light?

best is to pull the bulb in the display, just a few screws and you are there instead of pulling a fuse -A

hopefully your abs pump isn't about to go

on our old 94 lwb, the abs light went on while i was driving. i didn't notice anything different so i just made an appointment with roverland. my wife and baby took the rover to go home. she only went a block and noticed there was no power to the brakes. it gave her a real good scare. good thing she wasn't going down a hill, going fast, or stopping for pedestrians.
