AC blows hot air on the passenger side front vent even though the temperature is set to low, driver's side is cool but not cold. I suspect a dumper in the duct work is not closing? Dying in the the 95+ heat here.

Also it sounds like a leaf or something is caught in the blower fan, it makes a helluva racket.

I'm looking at rave to try to figure out what to do next. Maybe someone has a couple of pointers.

I may be wrong about this, but for some reason I remember that Discos do this when the refrigerant is low. I would try recharging the system and see if that fixes it.

As for the leaf, its probably exactly that, a leaf stuck in the blower motor. Just pull the blower and dump out whatever is stuck in it. It could also be the foam the sits in the windscreen cowl.

Got a can of AC Pro and recharged the ac, pressure was down to about 15PSI. Ac is cooler now but not cold, passenger side air still has a warm feel to it.
I'm looking for an Irish midget to climb in under the dash and extract the leaf from the blower.

A wise man once told me their are 2 things you never trust. A midget and a fart. I didn't heed his advice and learned my lesson the hard way for both. Unfortunately at the same time.
