Access space behind storage bins?

I have an ?02 Disco and I need to access the area behind the rear interior fascia, behind the passenger side storage bin to route some cable. It looks like I have to remove the plastic piece along the headliner at the rear of the car, the piece that has the child safety restraint hook in the middle. Though I haven't yet figured out how to do this. Then take off the upper section of the rear passenger side interior, the one around the window. And then I can remove the part with the storage bin. Is this correct or is there a simpler way?

Secondly, it appears that all of this is held in with pop rivets. How do I get these out without destroying them, so I can reuse them? Thanks for the help.

I removed the driver's side rear fascia/storage bin to install a small amp and wire for a sub on my 2001 (no 7 pass option). I build an enclosure to replace the storage bin with the sub. I was able to remove that entire piece without removing anything else - I'm a little fuzzy on the steps, but I unscrewed the bolts holding the compartment top door hinges to the inside wall, popped off the cover on the rear seatbelt retractor (can't remember if there is a screw in there or not). And then just started slowly gently popping the rivets out. I was able to re-use all of mine - the rear seatbelt is fed through the cover, so you can't remove it completely from the truck.

I don't remember having to remove any other pieces to get it out, except for the seatbelt retractor cover and possibly the small vent to get access to a screw.

Good luck
