I'm not going to be able to swing it right now. Going away in 2 weeks, and don't have the $$ for LR parts. If you make up a second batch in the spring or summer, I'll be in then

Durt D1ver,
No Problem, I might do another batch in the summer so I'll let you know.

fishEH,
Sweet, as soon as you send me the rod I'll get it welded up and shipped out to you!

I am sure everybody knew this but me, but just in case, the D2 panhard is different. I didn't check - just ordered the parts and went to start and realized the D2 rod is a larger diameter. The outside diameter is about 1 3/16" - depending on wall thickness, I guess the adapter might fit right in the end without the splice shown in the pictures. Anyone know the wall thickness of the D2 Panhard?

All the parts should still work on the d2- just need 1:25" I.D. pipe for the splice and weld to the thicker part of the adapter.

Got the rod pulled off my cadaver truck tonight. Years of the engine leaking many fluids on it has kept it in good shape. But its in desperate need of a cleaning. I scraped a bunch off with a plastic scraper. Tomorrow I'll degrease and pressure wash it at work and it should be on its way to you on Wednesday. Woo Hoo!:D

The heim joint just bolts in right? No other mods necessary?

Sweet man! Nope, no other mods. The high misalignment spacers on the heim make it 1.75" wide, exactly the same as the stock bushings so it just bolts right up. The heim spacers are 9/16" bore and the stock bushings are M14 so its is just a hair larger than the stock bushings (14mm is .5511 inches, 9/16 is .5625 inches) so it fits perfectly. Let me know if you want it painted and if you want a new bushing pressed in and I'll get to work!
