Adjustment of Cargo Door.

If it is under warranty, take it in and have them replace the latch, they are known to wear or slip out of adjustment due to the weight of the door. Otherwise, loosen the plate on the door jam and see if you can adjust it.

There is a bit of room for adjustment on the hinges...You can do one of two things and both require 2 people or one super strong SOB.

Loosen the bolts on the hinges..(attached to the actual truck)...its going to take a few times of adjustments to figure just where you are needed so prepare to spend a bit of time on it...You may get lucky though and hit it the first time.

When the sagging is really bad like on the earlier d1 models I witnessed the 4 by post and a jack do wonders...

The first procedure is probably the safer bet...and fairly easy..I beleive the bolts are 13mm...

Best of luck..

The older strike plate was a known problem - if yours still has the old style (steel V-channel on the body), check the price for the new style. It eliminates that slop.
