Adventuretrex fiasco

For anyone who followed my thread on the "old" Disco Web regarding my difficulty in getting a refund from Graham Herbert of Adventuretrex, I would like to inform them that I did indeed receive a check from him last week. I am sure there was the proverbial "other side" of the story, but I still never heard it. I am willing to accept that Graham had every intention of refunding my money - but I appreciate the support of the Rover Community in helping me track down his whereabouts and put some pressure on him. So there you have it. Graham has done right by me, but I am sure y'all will forgive me if I do withold any glowing endorsement of Adventuretrex or any of his other business endeveavors.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! Graham Herbert strikes again

I just got an email from someone else trying to track down Graham Herbert on a dubious business deal.

Seems Graham has visited some Rover Club(s) and is selling shares in his "Adventuretrex" business.

Your money is yours to do with as you like; however, let me tell you that this guy is a slimy character. Please, please think twice ( even three times) before doing any business with him!!

If anyone does hear from him, or know where to find him, please let me know. There are some people who want their money back from him and I would like to help them out.

Your check probably is someone elses "investment" in his company.

I got a letter from him a while back, offering up shares in the company. I'll see if I can find it and I'll give you the contact information.
If he shows up at MAR- we'll hold him down till you get there.

Steve, if you have any info, that would be great. Graham does not owe me anything personally. But I know at least one person in Las Vegas who is VERY interested to know where he is.

It just p**ses me off that there is someone out there fleecing the Rover community. I have had so many good experiences buying and selling Series parts and meeting up with other Rover owners. Someone like this guy just needs to be shut down.
