Air Suspension to Coil conversion in New Jersey

Is there anyone with experience and the tools needed that has done a air to coil conversion on a D2?
I have the good ole flat rear passenger blues and dont want to tackle this myself..........
Money, homebrew, or lunch and huge thank you are all on the table.

As long as I can get the truck pumped back up I can drive pretty much anywhere in NJ.
