Looking for weight difference specs. I'm going from the landrover alloy with 265x75 16's, to 33x12.5 15's on steel wheels. How much heavier will each new wheel tire be from the old one. I think the 265 tire is roughly a 32x11.5, so it's going to be a little heavier on the tire side but how much does a landrover 16" alloy weigh? I also have a question about offset of steel wheels. The stock alloys are way too narrow tracked. I want to go out at least a couple of inches to give the car a better stance on and off road. Just looks better too. Advice from anyone running 33's would be greatly apreciated. I have a 3" lift, and know i'll be doing some trimming, which doesn't bother me.

-Cheers, Jack.

Hey jack,
I'm running 265 /16 AT?s on alloys for the street and 285 /16 MT?s on steel wheels
for wheelin, on a D1. The 285?s steel wheel setup is heavier. I don?t know by how much
but they feel about 5 or 10lbs heavier per wheel. I run about 1in less backspace on the steel wheels. I have a 2in left, D2 flares to cover the cutting. The front is fine, no rubbing
The rear will rub when stuffed.
