I had this in my Discovery II and was looking into a new setup and was looking to see if anyone wanted it. Great condition with not a scratch on it. Both Ipod ready with a screen on it that displays just as the ipod does and its great for an avid ipod user. The alpine ida-x100 is brand new still in the box, and the ida-x001 is used.

I got an IDA-X100, which is the newest version in my truck and I love it. Paid $260 from amazon, $100 cheaper than crutchfield.

Here's a question for you guys with this receiver. That thing looks uber-bright at night. Does it distract you as much as I would expect it too?

No it dims when you turn the lights on and you can change the dimming setting. Im getting a new head unit. other than that i couldnt ask for a better headunit.

I have had the 9820 in my rover for quite a few years that is a solid unit no real frills but easy to add a cable to for ipod use.

What is included in the wiring for the ida x001 is the ipod cable there or just the cables to install the stereo?

The high speed cable is included along with the harness but the harness for whateer vehicles it is going in is not included. Once that is bought its just plug and play from there.
