I searched and had no luck, but does anyone know of an alternate part that can replace the T joint in the coolant system that houses the bleeder screw (on a Disco II)? Mine finally cracked and i dont feel like being stranded.

I have contemplated replacing mine with something. I just don't really want to replace it with a pvc pipe or dryer tube from the hardware.

I have seen a couple guys use an iron plumbing pipe T and drill/tap the T for a bleed screw of your choice. A few pics are in this link: http://landroverforums.com/forum/discovery-ii-18/coolant-system-bleed-53778/page2/

Some guys have done this same mod using a petcock with a 90 degree drain valve as the bleed screw to connect to a clear piece of hose when bleeding to see the bubbles easily and capture the coolant.

That is my black pipe T... was pretty easy... black pipe... a few 1" nipples, cut in half, tap the top or backside of the T for a bleed valve. I ended up having to put some right stuff around the threads on the nipples to keep a few leaks from dripping on my belt... works like a charm.

there is no need to ever open that bleed screw fwiw. IMO if the pipe is bad, then the hoses are probably due to be replaced anyway.
