total hi-jack...so you got rid of your cats, or do you have one downstream...if you did , how do you pass emission and not get a cel...

Well, 'officially' this is a off-road only vehicle. (I hope Al Gore doesn't monitor this site) But my county is still passing the non-attainment inspections, so we do not have sniffers and won't for several years (crossing fingers). Benefits of living in rural East TX.

I fully intended to install some smaller cats to help clean the emmissions and not be a total polluter, but just haven't done it.

I have measured for some super small cats and I believe there is room, but , unfortunately, can weld worth a crap, so the whole job will have to be outsourced. $$$.

I get the SES lights only occasionally, for about 500 miles every 5000 miles. I can live with that for now.

Oh and imho no sense skimping this far into the game man, get the reservoirs on all 4 corners.Esp if you wheel in hot conditions.

I do live in TX, so I do wheel in the heat, but typically on wooded trails.

Is the res. version really that much better? Seems like I can get all the benefit of 7100's from non-res except the additional heat dissipations. Is it really that important on these trucks?

I know Pro Comp are not the best shock around but they do have a lifetime warentee, so when you break then get them replaced for free.
And yes before anyone starts to whinge, they do replace them without any question.
