Does anyone know what size alternator pulley size I need for a 95 Disco with a 3.9? I need a new alternator and keep seeing some with a 67mm pulley and some with a 52mm pulley. Thanks.

no Jeffs all about this one, after one of his posts I swapped to the smaller pulley on my 94 and it has made a nice difference at idle.
1. How does the pulley size effect charging?
2. Bottom line: It doesn't matter which one I get, either will work. Smaller simply charges a little more.

the larger the pulley the slower it spins...so at idle a small pulley will spin it faster and charge better at trail speeds
