Aluminum Radiator

I did a search but couldn't find anything.

Anyone installed an aluminum radiator in a RRC? My 88 doesn't have the oil cooler or anything so I don't need to worry about finding a radiator with that built in. I was thinking about something like what Ron Davis Racing offers, or something from Summit. Obviously mounting brackets will have to be modified/built, but it seems like I could increase my cooling effieciency and have a bling radiator as well.

I bought a parts truck (1988 Range Rover) a couple of years ago and the guy had plumbed in an aluminum racing radiator that he had purchased from Summit Racing. He also had a pair of Flex Lite electric fans hooked up and even installed a Mojave heater, bypassing the factory setup. Did it work? Who knows, I couldn't get the truck to start let alone see if the radiator kept the engine cool while the Mojave heater warmed the interior.

I see no reason why the radiator along with the fans wouldn't work. I just question the Mojave heater.
