The next part in my quest to solve my hot start issue is the amplifier module. I've got an 88 RRC with the original 3.5 and 150k on the clock.

Why is there such a discrepency from AB and RN on their modules? Genuine/Aftermarket? Is the cheaper AB one worth getting?

Since I'm going that far is it worth the extra coin to get the relocation kit? Looks like AB has an aftermarket and genuine. Is the genuine kit worth the extra coin?

get the cheaper one. they fail maybe once in a cars lifetime. not really any need for the relocation kit either unless one falls into your lap.
