I'll be heading up to Anchorage around the 1st of Dec and I'm thinking of running 80w in the diffs and transfer case. Would that work or should I go with the standard 90W?
the big thing here it to go synthetic. get them changed to 75w red-line, tranny and diffs. make sure you have 50/50 NEW coolent mix (no cracked heads please) and I always use a fuel additive (anti-freeze) for those long cold highway drives.
