Another Heater Matrix Question?

Does anyone know if the dimensions of a pre-94 disco heater matrix part # STC250 (uses rubber hoses) are the same as the dimensions of a post-94 heater matrix (aluminium tubes)?

I'm damned if I'm going to pull out the whole dash - but I may have a cunning plan

Oh well - answered my own question - it won't fit - the discharge pipes are in different positions and won't fit in the NAS discovery air distribution housing

Back to the drawing board.
