this guy says in the ad that this is a popular and high priced/ highly regarded brand of winch in Austrailia and NZ. is this true? I have never heard of it myself.

Looks exactly like every other cheapie made in China winch on ebay. Prolly has lead paint on it and small parts falling off that make small children choke.
