Anybody changed a rear output bearing?

I think that my rear T-case output bearing is going south. Has anyone changed one of these? Seems pretty straight-forward - just looking for pitfalls and tips before I start.

yeah, i've got one but you won't like it...it involves dropping the T-case.
it's a pain, but easier in the long run, especially if the bearings are stubborn
