Anybody in Utah have access to a lift, platform, or pit that I could pay you to use? Obviously, I would totally release you from any liability. It would be very much appreciated!!

Thanks!

It's not actually for either of the Landies, its for my audi. I have to change the transmission fluid and filter in it and it is so hard to get the car up high enough on four jackstands (it has to be level to do it) for me to drain and refill the transmission. It sits less than 8 inches off the ground at the lift points, hence the PITA of getting it on 4 jackstands. Nobody can do the work except the dealer because of a special tool that is needed to fill it, and I have the tool, so I could save $150 if I do it myself. A lift would just make it sooo much easier to work with. I would appreciate it very much, if your friend would let me, but I will fully understand if he doesn't want to let me.
Thanks!

Hey Brad,
If that doesn't work out let me know, I think Paul's buddy Scott Creasey has a garage and Paul uses it all the time. I can get you Paul's number and he can give you more details if you want.

Ooo Peter, That might be a really good option too. especially because I already have met Paul, and he (at least kind of) knows me. I think I have his number, maybe I'll give him a call. Man, I hate feeling like a mooch, but I really hate going to the dealer when I can avoid it too and I could save some money at the same time.
