As far as I know the garage does some of his work. He is a surgeon, and he used to have tons of Rovers but I heard he sold many off ???. I only met him once at a LR Harrisburg event back in 99. Other than that I don't know much about him.

No Rovers in my house, I bought Z71 Suburban (Black) I do miss my old Disco at times, but the Burb suits me better for traveling, comfort and dogs. I had a 96 until I got rid of for a 03 kept that for about 1.5 years then bought the suburban. I don't offroad anymore except where I hunt at and the Burb does fine for my needs.
I saw the white one, thought about checking it out but they want 10K for a DI, dude is crazy. I live about 1 mile from you, I've seen your Disco many time and wondered if you used it like it should be used. Nice to know you are.

Since we're on the topic of PA drivers....Whats up with merging? PA drivers try to merge super early like when 2 lanes become one, they do it like a mile before....its hilarious to watch.

PA is not too bad. i hate the shit that goes on around Baltimore, 95, 495, 695, etc. i just sit back in the right lane and watch all the action. hoping some douchbag in his tricked out POS Dodge Neon hits a shredded tire with his ground effects.
i sat for 2 hours on the bay bridge heading to the shore this past weekend. some asshole on the bridge wrecked. my sugar levels were dropping and i was getting cranking. uh oh.

Apparently its a problem. Ive seen signs on I-80 "Please merge to the end" or something like that to prevent early merging. 2 years later, and I still dont get it....
when i am in one of my trucks i take on a more dickish (if this is even possible) attitude. not quite as bad as Rob, but i still don't let people get away with annoying shit.
i like to pick on little cars in particular. they get better mileage and can go faster, so i need to have some superiority over them. and blocking their little asses in last second merges, etc is just one thing i refuse to be nice about. unless it is some cute PSU student that looks innocent and the like. then in that case i point at their tire as if they have a flat and wave them to the next rest area or pull off. grab a beverage from the cooler and talk about astrology and stuffed animals.

Yeah I had to give up and adapt to the PA merging technique. I feel like a homo, driving perpendicular to my lane to merge as early as possible. Oh yeah, I now stop instead of yielding too. Ok Im done now..

the worst yield sign in state college (acutually Boalsburg) is coming down 45 into Boalsburg where you merge onto business 322 into state college.
there is a yield sign there and there shouldn't be. there is a solid white line that divides the two lanes........you are to stay in your lane and continue moving. no one does this and i don't understand why it is hard to figure out.
i usually lay into people at that point. i rarely use my horn because it is so obnoxious, but i will there. it is right across the street from the shop. and when i was down there i saw so many accidents from people getting rear ended. not to mention all those Fullington buses that drive like freaks.
