I am not sure how far you guys live from from Rockport, but the park is open from 9-5. Cost for each vehicle is $20. Directions can be found here :

The 30th would be ok for me. I should probably take it a little easy out there though. I don't want to break anything serious before Moab in Nov. That's about a 5 hour drive from Chicago. If we do make it out there, I will be definately be getting a room somewhere. Maybe in Macomb where I went to school. Hang out with some college girls .

Okay, very good. Things are shaping up for the 30th. I think the St. Louis Folks have some type of winery event that day. But I'll try to coax a couple to go play in the dirt instead
Hey Eric and Thom, what do you guys think? I'm game but it's always much more fun with several people. Also if I do go, I'll be getting a room out there somewhere to have a couple of beers afterwards. I think it would be cool if you guys did too. After all, it is about 4 or 5 hours back to Chicago.

You know what, that's not a bad idea. I would be really pissed if I broke something and wasn't able to make it out to Moab. I think I'll spend the weekend making sure my truck is all ready. I'm going to change every fluid possible. After all with my lift and oil drain, it's pretty fun!
