Anyone had any experience with Evans waterless coolant

I had heard about this from BMW's forum few years ago. From what I heard, it is a waterless coolant, and it does not expand when hot, therefore it does not pressurise the cooling system.

A friend used it on his Mit. Evo III (old one), he claim it is able to keep the engine much cooler, even at idle for a while, you can place your hand on the engine. And the electric fan never comes on during idle at all. And the temp gauge needle is much lower. The needle goes back to normal position only if he rev the engine for a while.

Anyone had any experience with it?
