nice wonder if it could program the key fobs

My understanding is NO.:ack:
You can't even retrieve the EKA code.
They say it is some kind of liability issue, all though I can't see how?:banghead:
So you can read and reset codes.
ABS power bleed the brakes.
Actuate functions like run the windows up and down, lock the doors, etc.
One plus is, whatever vehicle you buy it for it can be used on multiple vehicles of the same type.

For that amount of money I would get a Blackbox Solutions Nano that does everything even if it limited to one vehicle.

That tool, to me, is a rip.

$600.00?? Nigga please.

I've owned a Land Rover for 10-years, and I can honestly say that I've never needed an OBD tool. Sure, it would take out some guess work and cut down on some diagnosis time. But $600.00 to tell me something that I probably already know the answer to?

I think I'd but the $149.00 Auto Zone special that will tell me what sensor is fucked, and then spend the additional $350.00 at the strip club.

That and if you are a DII owner add the ABS Amigo for under a couple bills and your good to go for most shit.

thats a rip off

there are others out there as well.

autozone sells one for $389 that says right on it that it does the propriatary slabs codes for land rover.

this isnt a coincidence...just wait and see there will be ones all over for very cheap in the near future.

infact there is legislation proposed right now that all cars sold in america will need to be code compliant for all systems not just emissions like OBDII.

Yup, too pricey for me. I've got about $250 invested in scanners. $200 for the ABS Amigo and about $50 for a Harbor Freight OBDII scanner. They both work great and have allowed me to quickly and easily solve a few problems.

Can it test the system too? or just read and clear codes? I would like a system that can test the pump, valves..etc I have the ABS-Amigo... it's great for reading and clearing the ABS related codes. My the ScangaugeII i have is also great for real time data and OBD II stuff..but I living somewhere where there is NO autologic/t4 system SUCKS...

I'd like to have a device like that hawkeye or BBS
