anyone have one of these cheapy 04 rack cross bars?

title say bmw but also fits 04 disco.

its about %20 percent of the cost as the factory ones, i know its cheap and sits up high.

rated for 150 lbs, so will be fine finr my little boats.

but is this just plain junk that wont work at all?

all i want it to do is stay on top of the roof...


any opinions?

I'd have to see it before I believed it.

The factory rear bar screws directly into the rail, without a clamp. These appear to go on the rails front and rear?

Maybe find some at a wrecking yard & try them?

maybe up to 03, but there is no way that will fit an 04 (round bars vs the skinney triangle ones)
