I suppose I can do that. I've sent him so many emails and called him so many times I just figured he'll never respond. A couple of times that I called, his "brother" answered and said that he was in town and borrowing his phone and that he would pass on my messages...total BS. Not sure why he's all of a sudden hiding out from me. All I did was file a claim with UPS just like he asked me to do...I'm a reasonable guy and have told him that many times. He just has to respond to me and stop being a chicken sh!t.

It does create official notice which could be useful in small claims court which may be your last resort. Also it show Sr. DB that you are serious and are escalating the situation.

If he can't hear the squeeky wheel it won't get greased.
