Anyone in NOVA Woodbridge area that can help do fluid swap?

Hi i'm new to the area, just moved from PA,

I just bout a 96 Disco, has 72k on it and I want to do a transmission filter and fluid change, as well as diff fluids and transfer case fluids.

Problem is, I live in a condo, have never done any of the above myself before and really would like to find someone who has done it and knows what they are doing.

I will buy the beverages of your choice and pizza or whatever.

Was hoping that a local club might have a shop day as well.

probably the most active "club" in the NOVA area is the D90 happy hour group: http://www.d-90.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23645 - make sure to hit one of the happy hours and you will meet a bunch of folks.
