Anyone towed a 1999-2002 Disco II behind their Motorhome?

One last post, then I'm through.................If you read my original post, I ask for clarification on what to put the automatic transmission in (which I got) and, more importantly, I ask if anyone had towed a disco behind their Motorhome that I would like to talk to them.

Transfer case in N, Trans in PARK. Key in position 1 (NOT ON) so that the steering wheel will not lock. You can disconnect the battery if it is going to be a long trip, or just make sure all accessories are turned off. I have done this for 10k miles with no issues.

I once owned a nice D2 that saw twice as many miles being dinghy towed behind a diesel pusher than it had pushing itself down the road. Completely slipped my mind until I read this thread.
