Anyone on here bought one of these? Is it really heavy duty as the title claims? I am thinking about trying one....

What makes it heavy duty?
Just get a Tom Woods and be done with it. That way you'll at least get one that's right for your lift.
I'm not sure if Will Tillery is sill selling them but you could give him a call.

it does use 1310 joints so its got that going for it.....

It's the knuckle travel that makes the difference. 1310's are stll made in China.

No. I'm a firm believer in Tom Woods. Had 3 D2's and a TW on all 3. If you need a front ds just call Lucky 8 and ask for " Tits Mcgee". They'll make you a stupid good deal on a tom woods. Like Sarah Palin stupid.

More than that eBay one you listed. But less than a new transmission. I've been happy with my TW on both my trucks. But you can always buy the cheap one and report back on how it works.

Another vote for TM. We've got quite a few on our trucks in VA. Good warranty and product.

The Proshaft thing looks like a stock shaft with a one year warranty. Like totally so not heavy duty.

they're junk. had to warranty a few of them when we carried them for a short period
