Does anyone know if an ARB winch bumper for a Disco 1 will fit a Disco 2? Specifically a 2000 Disco 2? The frame rails at the front are the same and the body is about the same width or did I miss that part of class?

No idea, but do yourself a favor a shop for a bumper that doesn't destroy your approach angle. My ARB hangs out so far, and I don't like how the winch sits in it (which is to say, at the very bottom and with the fairlead being the first thing to hit an obstacle in front)
