ARB Fridge Temp Settings

I recently picked up an ARB fridge. I have followed the instructions to set the internal temperature which I want at +3C. When I check the temp on the front of the fridge it always shows something different, anywhere between -2C and +3C. The fridge is installed and running in my Disco 24/7 and I'm located near Toronto, Canada so it's cold outside right now. As I live over an hour from home and work the fridge is very handy to carry refrigerated food purchased at the grocery store. Am I doing something wrong to set it or does it have an issue?

Is there anything in the fridge when you see the temp variations? If not, you're probably experiencing the unit going through a normal cycle.

Mine will fluctuate a degree F or so depending on the temperature outside. Doesn't sound like it is an issue.

Thanks guys. The fridge is in my truck to carry fridge/freezer items when shopping and it is cold outside right now so I'll watch it once the weather warms up in the Great White North - 12" of snow and still falling today!
