Since the pump will only put out 100psi I would just put a 100psi safety blow off valve somewhere in the system. It doesn't matter where you put it just so long as it's there. I have an adjustable psi pop-off from mcmaster-carr.

Steve,
What about when you connect your power tank? How do you control the psi being pumped into the system? By the power tank regulator alone?

In the ARB pump, I have the ARB pressure switch connected to the relay to shut the pump off at ~90psi....

I'm just worried I'll connect my power tank to the system while the power tank regulator is set at something like 120psi..........

If I was going to use the PT to run the locker, i would use the regulator on the PT and I also have one on the manifold.

For just filling the system I have the safety blow off at the manifold as well as a check valve which goes to the power tank. So I can fill the system with the powertank using the regulator and if i hear the popoff release then i know there is 100psi in the system. Then I can close the valve on the powertank. I suppose I could have used a regulator before the locker and then pressurize the system higher than 100psi, but when I found out that I get 60 hits of the locker with 100 psi in the sliders i was more than happy.

LOL, thing is, it must have been like that for almost 2years. I had the first set of RTE diff guards and I installed them about that long ago because of the obvious damage. but, I did not think it was this bad....

Can you say lucky?????

Where is the cheapest place to buy the ARBs? I know there is a guy on EBAY who sells them for cheap, but where else?

Cheapest place I found was DTS @ $714.00. Course, thats just the carrier and related air lines/switches.
