Has anyone fit a mile marker hydraulic winch in an ARB for a DII? I read the past post titled Warn vs. MM and now I can't make up my mind as to Electric vs. Hydraulic. I would want the 10,500 milemarker and by looking at as many pictures as I could find, it looks like you wouldnt be able to access the levers on the MM if it fit in the ARB. I dont want to switch out bumpers, but I want to set up my truck to be very capable. I would like to stay away from the planetary and it has already been said that the Husky 10 wont fit in an ARB. So the only other option is the MM, which I have always loved the idea of having.

That dude has done a lot of mods to that bumper to fit that puppy in though. I would say he's even cut into the front grill as well. He says he's done it for better access to the winch, even with my back, I don't have trouble getting to mine. ;)

I've done it in 2 ARB's - one in the std place and one on top.

I believe MM ave revised the levers and they don't need as much room to operate

Thats great!!!

So it sounds like the MM will fit in the ARB bumper. Does anyone know if the 10,500 will fit in there, or is it just the 9,000. I am really leaning towards the MM hydraulic over an electric Warn.

Should I buy the integrated solonoid pack or the seperate mounted one on the 10,500. It looks like the seperate would be a more of a hassle to hook up, whereas, the integrated one might not have enough room in an ARB bull bar. Any thoughts? Or does anyone have a top pic of a ARB bull bar on a DII. That would help. Even better would be the measurements of the opening on the bull bar.
