For those wondering. 30x45 with 15' to the peak. door is 12x10 200 amp seperate service. 16x20 apron out the front. Also have lots of room to Add on "when" I need too.

Yes the Lighting was a bi***. 20 8' fixtures . The center rows on one curcuit the outer rows on another. it is nice and bright when they are all on though

Well the lift will have to wait a while since the budget was maxed by the construction phase. my only problem with a lift is the garage door opener is a standard draw back style. It eliminatess putting a lift right at the door opening. I would have to put the lift deep into the garage. Since I have alot of stuff to go in there id do not think it is going to work out right now. I hope to change the opener to a comercial style later on to help with this problem.

Very nice job! The lighting is great. It will be hard to lose something in there.

Thanks Guys! I am still waiting on the sealer to cure. So no parking in there yet. I will start the move of stuff on Sat. Mind boggling as to were/how to organize the stuff in the new space. I plan on putting as much stuff on casters as possible.

Curious...

If it were me I might consider some of that epoxy flooring in there so that oil wipes right up.

Or will your sealer do that. If so what did you use?

Dude, I like it a lot. Those HO flourescents are sweet. I have 4 8 footers in my shop and sometimes it's too much. Do you use the breakers as switches or do you have them on a couple wall switches? If they're only on breakers you should get a lighting contactor and hook them all up to one switch. That'd be pretty cool. Anyway, I dig it big time. :D

I'm very disapointed.....You hung that flag before the snap-on calender?

I can't afford the snap-on calendar now :D I wonder if Habor Frieght has one??

The Lighting is switched so I can turn on the center two rows seperately from the outer two rows. Also have lights outside to light the Apron area.
