Anyone here know of a decent shop, mechanic or someone that can help me out in a location north of Seattle? It's for a PPI.

How far north? The only indie games in town worth going to are Lamorna in north Seattle and Biggs in Bel-Red.

There's a dealership in Lynnwood but that may not be what you have in mind.

Don't know the area well looks like I need an hour north, in Mt Vernon.

Ah, Mt. Vernon. Nice little town, but zip in the way of Rovers. Small chance there's something a little further north from there in Bellingham. Or even Canada. Check out RoverLanders BC, they might have some Vancouver recommendations. Great bunch of folks.

skmotorsport seemed to have good knowledge of what needs looking at without being schooled. Likely just go with them.

Ended up I was not ready to pull the triggerr then, but now have cash ready to go and I missed a nice 2016 Autobiography with Blue interior and Exterior.

I have another in the area.

The dealer does not to PPI. This is unfortunate, because although pricey I find dealer PPI pretty thorough.

Do you know about these guys.

The dealer said that they were good.

Of course with a PPI, they should notice Rust, but is rust a thing for BC and Seattle area?

Just talked to the place above, they seem pretty informed and said Seattle can have rusty cars and BC it is a thing.

Rust is not at the top of my list of concerns for cars in the Pacific northwest. Water ingress and mold are bigger worries. Even on the infrequent occasion that Seattle gets snow, the DoT uses sand instead of salt on the roads. My 1991 Vanagon has spent its entire life in Seattle and has no rust.
