ORLANDO, Fla. - A 13-year-old choked and beat his 8-year-old brother to death because the younger boy ate a dessert and the older one worried he would be blamed, authorities said Wednesday.
At least he didn't get blamed for eating the dessert

From what I've heard later, the 13 year old lived in abject fear of being punished. Sounds like something else was going on in the family. Sounds like he may have learned the techniques he used on his brother from someone close.
The kid started choking his brother and then was slamming his head down onto the floor. They said the kid died from internal head injury.
