Bachelor Party Locations

I have to plan a Bachelor party quickly for the weekend of April 20th. We were going to go to New Orleans, but we are unable to get rooms at a reasonable price or close to Bourbon St.. Any of you have any suggestions? We need somewhere we can drive to, say Nashville, Atlanta etc. from Montgomery/Birmingham. We thought about the beach, but its spring break time.

I would love to, but it's not my bachelor party and I think bars and such are on the list of desirables. I just have to make sure it's a good time and not to $$$$$...

I've got two bachelor party I have to go to in may, back to back. We are going to OB. One is a cheap route, looking at a few condos close to the bama and I think it will be about 50$ for the weekend for 14ish guys.

Between the series truck and the disco both needing work I can't afford to drink that much. If it were me we would go out into the country with a few cases of beer, spend the day shooting and fishing then have a few beers around a nice fire.

My bachelor party was on an otherwise deserted beach in Humboldt County in October. Full-contact football by the light of a full moon (and headlights), a keg of beer, some hard booze, caber tossing, swordfighting, and a lamb roasted on a spit.

It's not the location, it's what you do with it.

I love nashville. However, it IS NOT nola. Esp for a bachelor party, it's not going to come close.


I agree though, its all about who you have there, its not necessarily to be a bar hopping weakend unless its a small group of guys.
